1. Purpose

Technolink Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established “Guidelines for Transparency in Corporate Activities and Relationships with Medical Institutions” based on the “Guidelines for Transparency in the Medical Device Industry's Relationships with Medical Institutions” established by the Medical Device Industry Association, in order to ensure transparency and trust in the Company's relationships with medical institutions. These guidelines serve as a code of conduct for the Company.

3. Publication date

The 2024 fiscal year (December 21, 2023 to December 20, 2024) will be published in the 2025 fiscal year.
